House rules
The rules, from the hosts.
They apply at every home and are part of the booking.
No smoking, vaping or marijuana
Anywhere on the property, inside or out. $500 per day of the reservation if it happens.
No parties or events
Including birthday and bachelor or bachelorette parties, and visitors who are not on the reservation.
No pets
No dogs, cats or other animals, inside or outside.
Quiet after 10:00 PM
No loud music or loud outdoor gatherings. Retro Vegas lists quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and asks for backyard lights off during them.
Open flames only in the fire pit
No candles or incense indoors.
Shoes off at the door
Use the shoe rack. Carpet cleaning is charged if shoes are worn on carpet.
Flush toilet paper only
No wipes or other items. Repairs from blockages are charged to the guest.
Lost remotes
$100 per TV, fan, garage, Xbox or air-conditioner remote.
Checkout by 11:00 AM
Before you go.
Ask ahead for a late checkout. Unapproved late checkout costs $75 for every 30 minutes after 11:00 AM.

Put things back
If you moved it, return it. Board games go back in their boxes.

Lights, fans, TVs and the fire pit.

Leave the remotes
Each missing remote is a $100 charge.

Lock up
Close the doors behind you. The smart lock code ends at checkout.
Payments, fees and cancellation
What you pay, and when.
From the direct booking calendar, checked October 28, 2026. The calendar shows the exact amounts for your dates before you pay.
Payment schedule
20% when the booking is accepted, 30% thirty days before check-in, 50% seven days before check-in.
Security deposit
None held. Damage can be charged at $500 or more under the house rules.
Cleaning fee
One fee per stay, set by home: $164 to $296.
Service fee
4% of the rent and cleaning fee on direct bookings.
Lodging tax
13% city lodging tax on the rent and cleaning fee.
Cancellation
Full refund within 24 hours of booking. Full refund 30 or more days before check-in. 50% refund 7 or more days before check-in.
