Retro Vegas is a single-story, 8-bedroom, 5-bath house built as a tribute to Elvis, Sinatra and Marilyn. Five bedrooms have king beds and two have their own bath. Two rooms have queen-size bunks, and the music lounge has a king sofa bed.
A display stage with drums and guitars sets up the group photo. Outside, two guitar-shaped putting greens cross the backyard. The Soundwave Sanctuary gazebo has a fan, misters and heaters. The front yard has a bonus mini golf area.
