Count everyone
Each home has a maximum headcount. Guests not on the reservation cost $50 per person per night.
Plan the cars
Park in the driveway first, then on the street in front of the home, not in front of the neighbors.
Keep it a stay, not a party
Parties and events are not allowed. No noise after 10:00 PM.

Split the payment
Direct bookings are paid 20% at acceptance, 30% thirty days out and 50% a week before check-in.
